Massage

Massage your cheeks in a large, circular motion. (10 times)

Massage your chin, nostrils and tip of your nose. (5 times)

Massage your forehead in a spiral motion. (3 times)

Massage by moving all your fingers up from your chin and across your cheeks. (10 times)

Move your fingers from underneath your eyes to your temples, lightly pressing down along the way. (3 times)

Spread across the face, and leave for 1min.
